terms for our customers. essentially our participation terms
are as follows:
1. Offers made for
any of our services will change from time to time to reflect
market conditions
2. A trial
period of our services is offered to new customers, to evaluate
the
effectiveness of our service
3. Costs
for the services are clearly set out before customers sign
up for any of the
services we ake available at the time
4. Invoices are raised
at the end of the month, during which the service has been
provided
5. The settlememt
of such invoices must be made within 30 days of issue date
6. To cancel
our contracted marekting service, a 30 day notice of cancellation
must be made
in writing, by an
authoirised
person
7. Cancellation
will only take effect if all invocies raised by HolidayNet
for
services provided are fully paid up.
8. Overdue balances
that remain unpaid for more then 90 days will incure the stautory
8% intersest, which will be added to the outstanding balance
9. Our terms
and condictions, rates charged may be varied at any time without
notice. These changes are published on the Holdidaynet website
Offers sent
to prospective customers will always contain the latest
offers, prices and conditions attached to the offer.
